FOTOP does not disclose, transfer or, in any event, provide your data to third parties. For us, your privacy is important. Below, our rules, with transparency and in compliance with Law no. 13.709 / 18.
1. About Personal Information
1.1 Personal information is data that can be used to identify an individual or to contact a specific person.
1.2 You may be required to provide personal information at any time while in contact with FOTOP or with a company affiliated with it. FOTOP and its affiliates may share this personal information and use it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. FOTOP and its affiliates may also combine this personal information with other information to provide and improve our products, services, content and advertising.
1.3 When you sign up through our Service to be a registered FOTOP user, we can obtain a variety of information, including your name, gender, email address, mailing address, phone number, contact preferences and credit card details.
1.4 If you decide to sign up through our Service by logging in to a social networking service, you will be using personal information that you have already provided to the social networking service to be a registered FOTOP user. The information we can obtain, in this case, depends on your privacy settings in the social networking service. For example, by using Facebook to sign up, you will allow FOTOP to access personal information of your Facebook account.
1.5 Personal information that we obtain (in some cases along with non-personal information) enables us to provide the Service to you. For example:
1.5.1 User Registration. We create your User Account for your use of the Service based on personal information that you provided.
1.5.2 Communication. We use your personal information to send newsletters, as well as other promotional materials and marketing. If you do not want to be part of our mailing list anymore, you can choose it at any time by changing your preferences. 2.5. FOTOP and its partners also use cookies and other technologies to remember personal information when you use the website, online services and applications. Our goal in these cases is to make your experience more convenient and customized. For example, knowing your first name allows us to welcome you the next time that you sign in. Knowing your country and language allows us to give you a more personalized and useful shopping experience. Knowing that someone using your computer or device has purchased a particular product or a specific service makes your advertising and email communications more relevant to your interests.
2.6. As it occurs in most websites, we obtain some information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes IP addresses, browser type and language, Internet Service Provider (ISP), input and output pages, operating system, information related to date and time, and click sequence data.

2.8. In some of our email messages, we use a "click-through URL" linked to the website content of FOTOP. We monitor this click-through data to understand interest in specific topics and to evaluate the effectiveness of our communication with customers. If you prefer not to be monitored this way, do not click on text or image links in email messages.
2.9. Pixel tags allow us to send email messages in formats that customers can read and inform us whether the email has been opened or not. We can use this information to reduce or eliminate messages sent to customers.
2.10. At any time, if you do not want to receive future contacts via email newsletter, simply access the unsubscribe link in the email.
3. Disclosure to third parties and Others
3.1. Users. When you sign in to the service and submit personal information to create a profile or visual collection, FOTOP can check your data. We recommend that you protect and do not disclose any information that you find sensitive or confidential.

3.3. Social networking services. We can disclose information from your FOTOP account (including personal information) to the social networking service linked to your account. We allow users to connect their social networking accounts to our Services. Users will be able to post recent activities on our services back to their social networking accounts. If you do not want to post your activities on your social networking account, you can change your preferences at any time.
3.4. Others. FOTOP can be required by law, process, lawsuit and/or decision of public or governmental authorities within or outside the country in which you live to disclose your personal information. We can also disclose information about you if we believe that such disclosure is for national security, legal requirements or other matters of public importance or when disclosure is necessary or appropriate. We can also disclose information about you if we believe that the disclosure is reasonably necessary to apply our terms and conditions or to protect our operations or users. Besides that, in case of a restructuring, merger or sale, we can transfer any and all personal information that we obtained to the applicable third party.
3.5. FOTOP takes precautions, including administrative, technical and physical measures, to protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, changes and destruction.
3.6. FOTOP helps you keep your personal information accurate, complete and updated. We will retain your personal information as long as necessary to attend the purposes established in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
3.7. Our Services have links to other third-party websites and online services. If you choose to visit another website or online service by clicking on a link, you will be redirected to the third-party website or online service. Our referral to a website or online service is not an endorsement, authorization or representation of affiliation with that third party, and it is not an endorsement of their privacy or information security policies or practices. We do not have control over third-party websites and online services and we suggest that you read the privacy policies and terms of use before providing any information or using other websites or services.
