PHOTO RECOVERY: Once you have two of your ready photos, you will receive an email notification. Vous pourrez alors download them directly after your space "My Commandes". The photos will be available in high resolution numerical format in the 3 days following the event.

À NOTER: This pack guarantees a minimum of 5 photos per athlete (parks and arrival lines included). Once you have your registered dossard number, the pack became personal and non-transferable. If you identify the photos of you in the "unidentified" gallery, thank you to contact sac@fotop.com after 7 days and indicate the code of the relevant photos so that we can update your command

Cancellation Policy: Any request for annulment must be sent to sac@fotop.com no later than 3 days before the event. Passé ce délai, no annulment will not be accepted. If the minimum quota of 5 photos n'est pas atteint, you have 30 days after the event to demand a refund. Refunds are processed after 30 days via the initial payment mode.
